ARK Volunteer Recruiter
We are seeking Volunteer Recruitesr to join our Volunteer Management Team. Recruiters will work to help us find and place volunteers to help us to further our mission of meaningfully assisting children with disabilities. The Volunteer Recruiters will be responsible for the search and quality placement of volunteers to ensure that volunteers work to their best potential. The ideal candidate will have Human Resource skills and can work independently and in a team. Volunteer Management Team Duties and Responsibilities: • Work with internal teams to design volunteer position postings. • Recruit and screen volunteers. • Connect volunteers with the most suited internal teams • Post positions on Volunteer Connector, Indeed and other volunteer recruitment websites. • Connect volunteers to Better Impact - our Volunteer Management Software Requirements: • People Person • Experience in recruitment and interviewing volunteers • Strong written skills
Certification or Education Required
Human Resources training and experience preferred.
