Are you ready to put your skills to the test and make a difference? The Flare Initiative is seeking creative volunteers to help design both digital and physical materials that support our mission and outreach. Working alongside our social media team, you’ll create visuals that strengthen our brand and messaging from social media graphics and infographics to posters, handouts, and event materials. You’ll help build a consistent, recognizable visual identity across all platforms and public-facing materials, ensuring everything we share reflects our values and purpose. This role suits someone with an eye for clean design, attention to detail, and experience using tools like Canva. An interest in mental health, community safety, or advocacy is a plus. Flexible commitment and remote work. The Flare Initiative is a national nonprofit organization focused on first responder suicide research, data collection, awareness, and prevention.
